About

My approach to photography has always been about experimenting, making so-called mistakes and allowing chance to play a part in the process. Chance of course is a big part of street photography as many elements must align to capture a decisive moment.

Although I have managed to gain a reputation as a street photographer over the years, abstract photography has become my main focus. My abstract photography is very much influenced by painting. Blurring the lines between the two mediums to produce work that draws the viewer into my world to see images without the need to label.

This blog is where I share some of the abstract photographs I create. Aside from my street, urban and abstract photography, I’m also a licensed New York City tour guide.

Thanks for visiting!

Leanne.
